SMS / Messaging Terms

If you opt in, Appearify sends text messages related to your business — for example, alerts when a scan finishes, notices when your standing in AI answers changes, and (if you use a reviews feature) prompts to help you invite customer reviews.

You expressly opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — for example, by checking an unchecked consent box or texting a keyword to our number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything. You confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you give us, and that you are authorized to receive texts on it.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and settings. Message and data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier. Appearify does not charge you for the texts themselves.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts; we honor it immediately and send one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@appearify.ai. You can also opt out by emailing us. Opting out of texts does not affect your subscription or your email notifications.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Twilio is our messaging provider (see Subprocessors). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
